Mt. Diablo Coffee and Gear — Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

☕ Coffee Shipping All Mt. Diablo Coffee and Gear specialty coffees are freshly roasted and fulfilled by our co-op roasting partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters (Temecula, CA 92590), and shipped directly to you.

Order Cutoff Time Orders must be placed by 2:30 PM PST Monday–Friday to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time Coffee orders are roasted, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of order placement.

Weekend & Holiday Shipping Temecula Coffee Roasters is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.

Transit Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
