Patience in a Barrel. Magic in Your Cup.
Good things take time — and this one took at least 30 days. Our Guatemalan coffee spends a minimum of 30 days resting inside a formerly used Oak Mountain barrel, slowly absorbing the rich, oaky character left behind by the spirit. The result is something you won't find on a grocery store shelf: a smooth medium roast with depth, warmth, and just a whisper of Spirits complexity.
No alcohol. Just flavor. And a whole lot of character.

The Story Behind the Bean
Barrel aging is a craft tradition borrowed from the world of spirits and applied to specialty coffee with remarkable results. The green beans rest inside barrels that once held spirits, drawing out the wood's natural sugars and the ghost of the spirit that lived there before. It's a slow, intentional process — and one that transforms an already excellent Guatemalan coffee into something truly one-of-a-kind.
This is the cup for the campfire, the slow Sunday morning, or anyone who appreciates a little extra craft in their mug.
