Mt. Diablo Coffee and Gear ā Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Handling TimeĀ All orders are processed withinĀ 1ā2 business daysĀ (MondayāFriday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
ā Coffee ShippingĀ All Mt. Diablo Coffee and Gear specialty coffees are freshly roasted and fulfilled by our co-op roasting partner,Ā Temecula Coffee RoastersĀ (Temecula, CA 92590), and shipped directly to you.
Order Cutoff TimeĀ Orders must be placed byĀ 2:30 PM PST MondayāFridayĀ to begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Handling TimeĀ Coffee orders are roasted, packed, and handed to the carrier withinĀ 1ā2 business daysĀ of order placement.
Weekend & Holiday ShippingĀ Temecula Coffee Roasters is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.
Transit TimesĀ Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping:Ā 3ā7 business days
- Expedited Shipping:Ā 2ā3 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping CarriersĀ We ship viaĀ USPS, UPS, and FedExĀ depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order TrackingĀ A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping RatesĀ Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
