Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

What carriers do you use? We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over a set threshold. Check our shipping policy for current details.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Coffee & Roasts

What's the difference between light, medium, and dark roast? Light roasts are bright and fruity with higher acidity. Medium roasts are balanced with a smooth body. Dark roasts are bold, rich, and low in acidity — great for espresso and milk-based drinks.

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee? Yes, most of our coffees are available in both whole bean and pre-ground options. Select your preference on the product page.

How fresh is your coffee? All of our coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped shortly after roasting to ensure peak freshness and flavor.

What grind should I choose?

  • Coarse — French press, cold brew
  • Medium — drip coffee makers, pour-over
  • Fine — espresso machines, Moka pot

 

Sourcing & Quality

Where do your beans come from? We source beans from carefully selected farms and regions around the world — including Ethiopia, Colombia, and beyond. Our single origin coffees are fully traceable to their source.

What's the difference between single origin and a blend? Single origin coffees come from one farm or region and showcase unique, distinctive flavors. Blends combine beans from multiple origins to create a consistent, balanced cup.

Are your coffees ethically sourced? We are committed to working with responsible sourcing partners who prioritize fair pay and sustainable farming practices.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

What if I received the wrong item? We're sorry about that! Reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.
