Where Coffee Was Born to Be Easy

Some coffees demand your attention. Brazil Santos just makes you happy. Sourced from the Sul de Minas region — one of Brazil's most celebrated coffee-growing areas — this medium roast is everything a great everyday cup should be: smooth, naturally sweet, and effortlessly drinkable. Graded SSFC 17/18, it's a screen-size designation that signals large, uniform beans and consistent quality in every roast.

Grown at 950–1,100 meters and processed naturally — dried whole in the fruit under the Brazilian sun — the bean absorbs the cherry's sugars slowly, giving it that signature sweetness and silky body that Brazil is famous for worldwide.

The Story Behind the Bean

Sul de Minas sits in the southern highlands of Minas Gerais state, a region that produces more specialty coffee than almost anywhere else on earth. The terrain is rolling and fertile, the climate mild and predictable — ideal conditions for the natural process, where harvested cherries are laid out on raised beds or patios and dried slowly in the sun. It's a labor-intensive method that rewards patience with fruit-forward sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.

Brazil Santos has long been a benchmark coffee — the kind of cup that anchors espresso blends around the world and stands beautifully on its own. This is the one you reach for every morning without thinking twice.
